Question on artificial sweetners

I don't really know but I still drink my diet pepsi and have sweet n low in

my coffee and drink crystal light and that has something in that. i think we

are supposed to stay away from Aspartame though, i don;t think there is enough

study on that one.

Ok, they say when pregnant, stay away from artaficial sweetners.

Does Splenda count? I was just wondering. I want this to go well,

and I'm going to do everything I possibly can.

Don't take this as gospel but I heard sucralose (Splenda) is the only

sweetner that has been approved for pregnant women (as opposed to pregnant

men *mgrin*). However the others in moderation (meaning once in a while) are

fine too but Splenda is the one that is supposedly tested and approved.
