Guest guest
Eat lots of fresh vegs.Lots of exercise swimming is a great way of less stressful exercising.I developed gestational diabetes when I was put on bedrest no moving around adds to too much sugar. Also in pregnant women the body tends to impair insulin use not long term just during pregnancy. Some women who are overweight seem to develope gest.diabetes.The only help I can offer is to walk with her in the evening or morning and encourage her to eat veggies and grains.BeckyB. Guest guest
I also had gestational diabetes while pregnant. It didn't hurt Toni any. I was able to control it with my diet and the help of a nutricianist. I was told that gestational diabetes is an indicator that you are prone to become diabetic if you become obese later in life. Guest guest
Hey Torsten. Ick I had GD with Phynix. I was on insuline shots, unfortunattly for me they didn't work any where but the arm. There is also a new pill out there that is being tried here in the states on pregnaunt women. I knew a lady that this worked awsome for. When I can find the infor I'll get it to you. Good luck.
