Guest guest
We have had a terrible bed wetting problem for months now. 's been gfcf for 16 months. We reduced soy in January because aggressive behaviors were returning and there was a definite improvement almost immediately. The bed wetting, which was not a problem pre diet, and which flared up at the beginning of the diet and whenever there's an infringement, began again in earnest a couple of months ago, and hasn't let up. She goes to the bathroom and pees right before bed; poor thing, she's really trying but it doesn't do any good. My question: does soy have to be completely eliminated in the same way that gluten and casein do? Because it's not really an allergy, but a peptide problem? Have some of you removed corn, not because of allergy testing but just on a hunch that it may be a peptide thing too? Thank you all so much for being here, I would have gone off the diet so many times during the first six months if it hadn't been for your support. And it's been so worth it to stay on it.
