Newbie with a question.....

Hi Everyone

I am new to the group. My name is Rachael and I am Australian. I

have not yet had wls but have decided to get a lap band and am

currently waiting for my health insurance to kick in.

Anyway, DH and I have two kids and would like at least one more but I

am not sure whether to have #3 before or after I get banded

(hopefully around April). I understand that you should wait 2 years

after being banded before you get pregnant though and I really don't

want to wait that long. So my question is....Does anyone know how

soon after giving birth can you be banded? Is there a waiting period

at all?
