Guest guest
I LOVE onions and mushrooms I can't get enough of them. When I was pregnant with my son, I absolutely could NOT eat either one of them. I don't know why, it's just one of those mysteries of pregnancy. On the other hand, I have never really liked green olives, but since I have been pregnant this time, I can't eat enough of the garlic stuffed giant green olives. Maybe the mayo has too much grease in it or something and your body has a touchier aversion to it.
Guest guest
Chrystal, Since being pregnant I cannot eat anything with Mayo I get unbelievably tired and weak for hours I don't normally vomit from anything just this tired feeling and my heart beating fast etc.. It's horrible... Michele -- pregnancy food aversions Hi All, When I was in California on vacation I was ill everytime I ate something with mayonaise in it. I had Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad and some Tarter Sauce All in very nice restaurants or at my mom's house....all with the same effect. Vomitting and stomach cramps within 20 minutes. Have any of you had similar incidents with Mayonaise or any other foods? Chrystal Wife to Jace - together 6 Years! Happy Mommy to - 4 Years Old! New Baby Boy Swenson Due July 28, 2004! Guest guest
Yep... after consuming soy based products (snacks, drinks, cereals, tortillas, fillers, tofu, etc) for a long time after surgery, I found out after some very agonizing episodes, that I have built up some kind of intolerance to soy during my pregnancy. Hopefully our aversions will pass, but I do think our pregnant digestive systems react differently than before. Guest guest
I have this happen also, but with sweet creamy sauces such as in cole slaw. I also had this happen when I was a bad girl and tried eatting one of those ice cream cones with the nuts and choc. coating on the outside. Normally I could take a couple bites of either (ice cream, cole slaw) but since being pregnant I now can not touch them! I end up with SEVERE stomach cramping along with HORRIBLE diareaha! Guest guest
I cannot eat any beef. It tastes horrible to me, and this is not normal. I love steak, but tried to eat one, and it just repulsed me. > > Children are a blessing, and a gift from the Lord. -Psalm 127:3 > > >
