I called Welch's about there popsicles. They told me that they

will not guarantee any cross-contamination issues do not exist. Basically the

Welch's company does not make them in there own facility, they have them made

in another place ( right now I can't remember where, to tired ) . The Dole

popsicles are GFCF ( I buy the fruit juice pop's because the NO sugar added

has aspertame in them ).

That's good to know because I was not told that on the phone. Also I didn't

know that aspartame was added to the no sugar added pops. You learn

something new everyday, especially if you're doing this diet! Thanks
