Guest guest
Jodi- I have learned a lot about this in the past few days. If you are going to a new Group Plan and have had no lapse in coverage, than there is not a pre-exisitng condition. By law, they can't do that. However, Individual Plans are a whole different animal and do not include pre-existing conditions. > Jodi, > > I saw your note addressing pre existing conditions. Guest guest
Alison, We, too, are confused by the letter we received. My husband is waiting for more details. There has been no lapse in coverage, so that should not be a problem. I'll let you know if we have difficulty. I know you are good with these things.
