Jodi,

It does stink that they won't replace the button if it falls out.

Jake goes to special ed preschool at our local elementary school.

It is either a law here in Virginia or just our county's policy not

to replace a button, I can't remember. In our county schools, we

don't have a nurse at each school, but rather a clinic aid.

So, we keep a spare in the clinic and I can always be reached. I

work for another school in the county part-part time while Jake is

at preschool (12 hours a week). It is the most perfect job and it is

only 6 miles from his school, so I can be there in ten minutes if it

falls out.
