Guest guest
Have been cleaning out closets...if anyone would like them, I have two bars given to us by Dr. Ponseti's office and never used. (Our son Dinos was a famous escape artist when it came to getting out of his shoes, and he twice broke the clamps on his bar, so Dr. P's office provided us with some extras.) One is the bent, two-piece, adjustable red bar with the black sliding clamps and the shoe plates attached. This is the bar that can be lengthened as the baby grows. The second bar we have is actually a straight, unbent piece of the red bar, with sliding clamps, which can be added to the center of the adjustable two-piece red bar in the event that the baby grows so much that the adjustable bar needs to be even longer. I also have two of the tools for adjusting the angle of the shoe plates on the bar; they look like long, pointed keys with a round end on which the degrees of angle are marked. I also have an extra set of two black clamps for the adjustable bar. If you'd like to have any of these items(I know some people have problems getting their insurance to pay for this stuff) just drop me a line at opxidaea@... and I'll be happy to mail them to you. We are in Athens, Greece, so give it about two weeks in the mail if you're in the U.S. By the way, Dinos, now 4 1/2, continues to enjoy his beautifully corrected feet, and is a madman on a snowboard. Best wishes to all of you-- Pamela Karydas
