I USE SPECTRUMS ORGANIC SHORTENING> it is non-hydrogenated and trans fat

free too. It's ingredient is 100% pressed palm oil. I use it sparingly as

butter on toast, but I use it to brown and fry, deep fry, for baking etc.

It contains no palm kernel oil (whatever that may mean, but it says it

on the label). I get it at a health food store (on the shelf, as it is

stored at room temp) and it comes in a blu and white 42 oz. tub.

them and ask them as they seem to know everything. You should ask them

to send you a catalog. They have alot of available products for you, (my

son is soy free and no colors, preservatives, etc. also like your child)

YOU CAN CALL MISS ROBENS AT 1-
