Ok I'm going to try them now, but I'm going to use a GF all purpose mix that has

sweet rice flour

in it too. I'll add a little Xantham gum and let you know how it cam out.

Maureen, mom to two preemies too! and Ian born 15 weeks early weighing 1

lb. 7 oz. and 1 lb.

6 oz. now 5 1/2. And Libby born 3 weeks early at 9 pounds!
