blighted ovum vs miscarriage

I don't know much about either since I've never had either one, but I

think the blighted ovum has more issues associated with it than a

miscarriage, and that is why they ask you to wait 6 months.

For a regular miscarriage (like that is a good term), I think they

rec waiting 2 period cycles.

I'm certain there are some experts in here who can tell you more

about blighted ovum's! We don't see any blighted ovums in L&D and the

ones diagnosed thru ER aren't seen again (in ER) usually, so I can't

answer this question professionally.
