I used Fleischmann's unsalted and Sylvan Farms all purpose GF flour.. Tastes pretty good, but the texture is off for me.. the kids liked them well enough.. I'm still getting used to the GF textures of things..LOL.. And they are kinda crumbly.. Would xanthan gum help that? Can anyone suggest anythign else to solve this or should I just leave well enough alone since the kids liked them? Dana ate 4, and Josh had 2! LOL!
