Ok, since I passed on this recipe earlier, I decided to actually TRY it.. I

used Fleischmann's unsalted and Sylvan Farms all purpose GF flour.. Tastes

pretty good, but the texture is off for me.. the kids liked them well

enough.. I'm still getting used to the GF textures of things..LOL.. And they

are kinda crumbly.. Would xanthan gum help that? Can anyone suggest anythign

else to solve this or should I just leave well enough alone since the kids

liked them? Dana ate 4, and Josh had 2! LOL!
