Guest guest
I am currently going through a crash like that myself after a bout with the flu.....are you also in pain as not only do my muscles seize and become weak but I also experience pain. Several of us here find this a commonality. To give you an idea last weak I was to weak to lift the tea kettle and pour myself a cup of tea. It is passing off but the weakness seems to last longer than the seizing. I take valium for the seizing (mild 5mg) and ketorolac for the pain. Others will share with you what they experience and do as well I am sure. My thoughts and prayers are with you (oh I am a fellow MELAS) Vivian
Guest guest
You might want to have your magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus checked. These can all affect your muscles - cramping, weakness and pain. I'm thinking of you, laurie > > > > > > > I am not that old of a mito family group, I have been with you since > Jan.06.
