I also take this diet seriously and ' book is like a bible to

me. I even went as far as eating the same bread and all as LJ so as not

to chance any contamination from the toaster, etc. Only gfcf snacks are

in this house, and boy do I PIG OUT when I am out and LJ is in school. I

eat the McDonalsds Happy Meals when I am out so that he can have the

toys.
