, Hi, I use almond butter all the time cause LJ is allergic to

peanut butter. Yes, there is an oil seperation but it should easily stir

and then once refrigerated seperation is minimized. What brand is it? I

use Marantha and also Woodstock. The Marantha brand is much better

because once it is stirred it is a great consistency, whereas the

Woodstock brand tends to be runny. But both brands are easily stirred.

Maybe its old or something, I don't know.

It is Arrowhead Mills. I may put it in a bowl and try

the mixer. Thanks!
