Hello everyone,

I'm now at 18 weeks and I CAN'T SEEM TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. I'm

wondering if your doctor has suggested taking anything besides

Benedryl? I just read about Unisom but am unsure about taking it.

Does anyone have anything they take or natural therapies that will

work????

I've tried everything. I'm just wide awake and TIRED OUT! I'm

listening to a hypnotist CD that does relax me, burning some

Lavender -Vanilla oil from Bath and Body that is supposed to help

induce sleep, comfortable in bed, etc.

ANY suggestions are helpful except drinking milk because I find that

I dump on it.

ALSO - NEWS - I did go to our local technical school and am the

official pregnant woman for their sonogram class. I DID FIND OUT

THAT WE ARE HAVING A GIRL!!! My level 2 ultrasound confirmed that

also! The students are sooo very nice and I got to watch the baby

on ultrasound for a whole hour! They taped parts of it and printed

out pictures just like at the doctor's office but it was a great

experience. I will now go back every 2 weeks for them to follow

me. The best part is that I get all the benefits without having to

pay the 20% for each ultrasound that my doc's office makes me pay.

The level 2 cost me $125.00 ! IF YOU HAVE A TECHNICAL SCHOOL NEAR

YOU AND CAN DO THIS IT IS WONDERFUL! It just gives you so much

peace of mind about the baby and you're helping students learn how

to do sonograms.

Smiles to all - just need some good sleep,

18 weeks pregnant now

Son Cole - 3 1/2 year old

baby girl due October 3, 2004
