Guest guest
Congratulations a, you can pretty much do what all women do but make sure to take all your vitamins. I am on a multi with iron, 800 mch folic acid, my b-12 sublingual daily, calium, and also a prenatal from the OB. Eat as well as you can, try to avoid junk because you will probably get those nasty pregnancy cravings and enjoy your pregnancy. Make sure to keep all your doc appts too and don't even be afraid to ask questions, no question is too stupid, we have all been there and still are sometimes God Bless, Robin, NorthEastern, NY Age- 41 EDD- July 27th, 2004 IT'S A BOY!!!!!! Guest guest
Hi a! Congrats on your pregnancy! I would definately, at the very minimum, get on a prenatal vitamin right away, if you aren't already on one.. You will find that some folks doctors are having them take iron and Folic Acid as well.. and others are adding in other things that the doctor recommends. Most importantly, I would talk to your OB and make sure she/he knows your history! Drink plenty of water! Trish > Two weeks ago I took two home pregnancy tests and they were > both positive.
