Guest guest
Hi , I have had similar issue as well as altered sensations where touch by items of body temperature, or pressed through clothing is perceived as cold, or hot, etc. not only on hands and feet but also legs and arms. My hands and feet also feel like they have gloves or socks on when they don't.and a slight vibrating sensation when there isn't any vibration near them. The doctor stated it was neuropathy. Has anybody else had that and what were you told about it. Could it be neuropathy?
Guest guest
I also have problems with my hands, feet and legs with sensitivity, numbness, feeling of extreme heaviness in them as well as tingling and feeling as thought my legs and feet are swelling/swollen. It may sound really strange but if I keep shoes (of sort)on then the sensation doesn't seem as prominent. My Neurologist has diagnosed me with peripheal neuropathy (I think I spelled that partially right) I have very strange symptoms as well as condtions?? Oh well! Guest guest
I have to agree with Laurie, I have had PN for a long time. It affects me too, where sometimes,I feel like I can't lift my legs, or stiffness, etc. I was told to keep something on feet at all times, just in case I may step on something and not feel it. --- Laurie Fitzgerald laurie.fitzgerald@...> wrote: > Dolores > > Doesn't sound strange to me, but just like my feet > feel. Guest guest
The reason I first went in for testing in 1997 after my sister was diagnosed in 1996 was because the top of my left foot always feels like a shoe is on it tied too tight, even with nothing on it. My son often has the bug crawling feeling on his arms and legs, I have had that also. Janet Sample Neuropathy question I have had increased sensitivity in my hands to both hot and cold for the last couple of months. Has anybody else had that and what were you told about it. Guest guest
I even " cut the elastic " in a paid of older canvas shoes as I thought it was too tight? Newsflash, they still felt too tight?? I also have a burni, timngling sensation in my hands as well. When I first experienced the sensivity to heat and cold I was diagnosed with Raynauds Syndrome so now am not really sure what I've had all these many years??
