St. Louis/Dobbs patients get together

I know some of the group in other cities have been getting together and

I was wondering if anyone in the St. Louis area and/or Dr. Dobbs

patients might want to try to get together sometime? , when do you

come to St. Louis next? That might be a good time to try it. What do

you all think? If anyone is interested email me at jagrindon@...

and we can start trying to plan something.

we come june 16th.. but i am not sure how much time we will have this time.. we

will be very rushed to get back home after her appt.. but i will see how things

go closer to time and let you know...

i actually won't be there that day afterall.. i had to change our appt to

tuesday the 21st because i have taken a new job and can't miss thursday due to

needing to do payroll... so i am not sure if i will be there when most parents

are... but that sounds like a great idea.. good luck with it...

that's great!! our appt is at 9:00.. that's funny... when i called yesterday the

guy at the appt desk was really rude and told me that dr dobb's held his

clubfoot clinic on thursdays and that was when i needed to come... i told him

that when i first started seeing dr dobb's that they had told me that but also

said if that ever became a problem that we could come on another day... he

sighed and said he wasn't there all the time.. i asked about mondays.. he just

said no.. i asked about tuesdays.. he said some times.... i asked about that

particular tuesday.. he acted like he was so put out.. i finally just told him

that i was driving 700 miles round trip so my daughter could see him and that i

just was not able to come on thursdays anymore and that i was really sorry but

that i didn't think it was the end of the world for dr dobb's to see her on a

day that wasn't the " clubfoot day " .. he finally let me book it on tuesday.. he

made me feel like i was the only parent that needed a

different appt day...i was a little put out.. first time i have ever had a

problem with anyone at that hospital.. was a little strange... but who knows...

That is weird. When we first started going there he did all clubfeet

on Tuesdays, then switched to Thursdays, and then in March it was

Tuesday and they scheduled me for this one in June for a Tuesday.

Even stranger, because the guy I normally get when I call the

appointment line is soooo accomodating, I just love him. Maybe this

was a different person or he was just having a bad day??

Let me know if you plan this, I have just gotten back from vacation
