,

My name is . I have only been clinically diagnosed with MITO but I have a

family history of it. I am waiting for my muscle biopsy confirmation at

Cleveland Clinic.

In answer to your question, yes you have a lot of good days, and a lot of bad

days. It goes back and forth.

The big things with the stairs, is that Mito is an energy deficiency. Your body

isn't producing energy correctly. So when you try to go up stairs, and do

things that normally you could have done before, your body gets tired easier.

Hence you have trouble walking up stairs.

If I can be of any help, let me know. I have done a lot of research, as well as

everyone else here.

In Christ,
