Guest guest
My wife and I have over 9 years of experience with the GFCF diet, and we've been two years on this list. * We spent the first year of our membership trying to share our personal experience with you. That work culiminated in the www.advimoss.no/gfcf_results website. * During the second year, we've concentrated on trying to help everybody share everybody else's information in a more effective way. Those of you who are impatient to see what we've been doing, can go directly to www.advimoss.no/gfcf_survey . The rest of you can go on reading. This list has grown from nothing to 1892 members in just over two years. Most of these families are already involved in dietary experiments. While some of these experiments have been extremely or even sensationally successful, other families have had their hopes crushed. WHY ?????? WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES between those that succeed and those that don't? Could the differences be linked to * Degree of strictness in diet adherence? * Yeast elimination ? * Corn elimination ? * DMG or CLO supplements? * Blood type? * Specific other interventions? * Combinations of these ? The questions are endless, and there is a burning need to find the answers. Jay Bigam and I have spent a lot of effort on writing what we think are the most promising questions into two good Internet questionnaires. Now we're hoping for more answers. With 1892 members on the GFCFkids mailing list, The GFCFkids diet survey has the potential to become one of the largest studies ever of the GFCF diet. Most of you are in the process of gathering experience about the diet and its effects. If we can add all that experience together, and then sort it and submit it to statistical interpretation, then we're really going to get somewhere. In due time, we hope to get EVERY one of you to share that experience. Don't keep it secret ! Don't keep silent about your success, and DON'T KEEP SILENT ABOUT YOUR FAILURES! There's as much to learn from failure as from success! A particular prayer goes to those of you that have submitted baseline data when you started the diet, and who have not yet submitted follow-up data: Don't forget to keep us posted on what's going on! If possible, we would like reports from 0 months on diet (baseline score) 3 months 6 months 1 year 2 years etc.... + diet infringement reports. If other intervals suit you better, it's still much better to get unsynchronised reports than none at all. Yours sincerely n Klaveness The new pages at www.advimoss.no/GFCF_survey are an integrated part of the www.gfcfdiet.com website in spite of the different URL address)
