Guest guest
Terri- Glad to hear I am not the only one. I have tried getting up from sitting really slowly and it has helped some, but I still have been getting that tingling feeling. I have had absolutly no nausea or morning sickness, so I guess if this is all that happens I can live with it...LOL. Just wanted to make sure it was nothing serious:) Hugs ~e --- Lonnie & Terri Wilkes ltg@...> wrote: > > > Hey e, > I have also had the same experience as you.....when > I rise from sitting..... > anywhere at anytime, I get lightheaded......I know > that I have about it > somewhere in one of my maternity books and it says > that it's harmless and > normal in pregnancy....but it is still bothersome, > they basically recommend > that you rise slowly......and it can help the > lightheadedness.....so...I > guess we will just have to deal with it.
