Guest guest
Hi , Try pedialyte or a mixture of pedialyte and pediasure. The pedialyte will keep him hydrated, but will not provide the calories of pediasure so you will need to watch ketones. Good luck, Judith, Steve, (RSS) and (non RSS) 4 year old twins
Guest guest
To add to Judith's message...if the ketones don't go away, he needs IV fluids with D10. It does not matter what his sugars are. He can become acidotic and the vomiting will continue. Dehydration is our kids' worst enemy. Jodi Z.
