Guest guest
Well, this article convinced my hubby to take them. One hubby down anyway! I get my EPAs in my Prosure formula every night so that's one less pill to take. Guest guest
I didn't have high cholesterol, but upped my EPA capsules form 1 to 2 a day and my HDL went up and my triglycerides went down. I am sold. Now, if I could only convince hubby to take them. Guest guest
Barbara I take a combination of fish oil, borage seed oil and flax oil. It lowered my bad cholesterol to almost half and good cholesterol increased more than double. My triglycerides dropped significantly. This was after taking statins for three years with little change. My risk is under 1. laurie > http://www.usaweekend.com/05_issues/050724/050724thinksmart.html#eatsmart > > > > > Medical advice, information, opinions, data and statements contained herein are not necessarily those of the list moderators.
