I have been thinking about how the blenderized diet has helped many people

whose children had retching problems on the feeding list and ran across

this, so I thought I'd pass it on. I have other recipes, too, without the

formula base, but I no longer know where they are in electronic form (I

have the print-outs). If anyone is interested, they may want to try

emailing this lady or joining the onegroups feeding list. I think they

might have files with this info, too.

Hello Everyone,

Here is a copy of what I started out with Nina when we first put her on a

blenderized diet. I NO LONGER use Peptamin Jr. as the base. I also DON'T

combined fruit's & veggies any longer. If you have any question's I'm here

to help in any way I can. The below mixture was approved by both Nina's GI

and RD that we had at the time.

2 can's Peptamen Jr. = 250 calories per can

2 scoop's of Soy power = 110 calories / 15gram protein per scoop

3 Tablespoons of Flaxseed oil = 110 calories per tablespoon

1 Tablespoon of liquid Multi Vitamins = 10 calories

1 Vitamin " E " 500iu softgels

1 Tablespoon Vitamin " B " = 10 calories

1 Tablespoon Greens & More = 40 calories per tablespoon

2 medium carrot's = 30 calories per carrot

6 stalks of Asparagus = 30 calories per 1/2 cup

1 medium peach = 45 calories

2 medium Zucchini = 30 calories per

_________________________________________________________________________

This batch produces about 30 oz total.

I hope this information help one family or child.

Please keep in mind I'm NOT doctor, nurse, RD or a speech therapist. I'm

also NOT tell anyone to do anything with there child's diet unless you talk

to your doctor's first.
