Venting

Hi All,

I just need to do a little venting and this seemed like the best place to do

it.

On Feb 4th I had an ovarian cyst. My GYN went in with a laprascope and

looked around. When he put me under i was told all he was doing would be looking

around. When I woke up I found out that the cyst was not on my ovary itself but

on the wall of tissue connecting the ovary and fallopian tubes. So he

removed the cyst and cauterized the area.He did assure me that everything

looked

great and getting pregnant would not be a problem.I was told I would probably

bleed for about 3 weeks. That was fine by me because at the time i had a

little over 3 weeks till my wedding. My wedding, March 6th came and went and I

was

still bleeding..let me tell you, this does not make for a pleasant wedding

night or honeymoon.By mid march I was still bleeding and went in to be

checked, he said my cervix was fine so it must be from my uterus. He put me on

Cenestin for one week to help boost the hormones in my BC. I had been on Nuva

Ring

for over a year at this point with no problems and loving it. For those of

you lookingfor another BC method other than the patch or pill or shot, this is

great! During the week i was on Cenestin the bleeding slowed but never

stopped. Then it stopped for about a week and started up again. Finally at the

beginning of April I threw out the BC and just stopped worrying about

everything

and it stopped completely. In Mid April i started feeling " pmsy " but then it

went away and i felt like i was ovulating. During this time my husband and I

had sex several times unprotected. While my husband would like to wait till

Sept to start trying I got excited thinking this might be it. Unfortunately

my period started yesterday. Even worse these are the worst cramps I have EVER

had...I have never been to the point were i couldnt do anything and today i

was..to make matters worse our AC went out and stayed out ALL day and the

morons at our apt complex didnt make matters better.

So anyway, I am majorly PMS and hoping that at least this will be the start

of a regular cycle for me...i'll be counting the days till my next period to

make sure
