Guest guest
I had problems for well over a year with neck weakness. I found that using the foam neck brace purchased over-the-counter at the drug store was more comfortable. I was finally fitted with a custom plactic brace. It is easier to slip on the foam brace whenever I need it rather than put on the plastic brace. I only need this at the end of the day or if I am overly tired, failed to have my afternoon nap. The foam brace has a couple quick and easy velcro closures. I can toss it in the car, squash it in a suitcase, hand wash it. Cheap and easy to handle. a
Guest guest
I am just wondering a - does this mean you no longer have problems with your neck? I would be afraid that using a brace would make one dependent on it and not try to keep up muscle strength ??? pamela Re:Neck Muscle Weakness I had problems for well over a year with neck weakness.
