Vanilla cookies out there?

I'm new to the diet and I have been making several cookie recipes

from the L. and K. Seroussi book. I haven't been able to find

any cookies like Nabisco's vanilla wafers. It a fairly bland cookie

with a slight vanilla taste!

I'm not a avid baker- yet- so before I start to experiment - does

any one have a GFDF recipe? It s one of my daughter's major food

groups and she keeps asking for cookie?

We are on day 6 and I have my fingers crossed. She really talked

alot today. I almost afraid to hope.
