I sent the last post to Pat. Sorry mito brain!

I am sorry for your pain Pat. I know how you feel. It is so

confusing and frustrating. My pain has really been increasing lately,

and other than self medicating with advil, I have gotten no treatment

at all. Hopefully the pain specialist will be able to help you.

Joann: Thanks for the encouragement - it does help to know that

others are out there experiencing the same. We did a little on-line

searching last night and found a local support group for patients and

families that we'll give a try. I'm not sure yet whether it's for

adult mitos or the young ones, but at least reaching out should help.
