Guest guest
Hi , Congratulations on your new baby. I think you posted just recently and I hope I am correct. I do not know if you are in the medical field, but maybe some of you out there can help answer this question. My daughter called to tell me that for about 4-5 hours, she felt no movement from the baby. She called her doctor, she went in to be checked and he said the heartbeat was fine. For about 4 hours she was put on a fetal monitor and they said the baby looks fine. I was wondering if this is unusual for the baby not to move for any length of time and if so, what is the cause for it. I am truly concerned for I haven't seen any postings on here about this. They told her to drink some orange juice or coke and that the baby should start moving again. If anyone out there reads this post, please give me some information on this. Really concerned. Thanks, tte
