Guest guest
I am so glad that you have someone so awesome! Eli Lilly makes the Injectease - their growth hormone brand is Humatrope. I have been told that the pen is usually better for older children, whose dosage increases are not in such minute amounts, whereas the syringe is better for smaller/younger children, whose weight is lower and the GH dosage increases can often be so very small (e.g., 24 units to 25 units). Jenn > Hey people! > Hope all are doing well! We went to our local endo and saw the nurse > practitioner! Guest guest
Hey Carmen- It is always a very long wait to see dr. Willcutt's ..Isaac's first appointment when he was 1 month old we waited 2 1/2 hours! Since we go every other month I finally asked the nurse..is he always behind and she smiled and said that he doesn't believe in " fast food medicine " . He has even called me at home on Saturday after the convention to tell me that he read all of the articles I copied for him from Dr. H (the one for parents with newborns and RSS, use of cornstarch, peractin)and he was really glad that we found Dr. H...we ended up talking for 45 minutes!!! He has his PHD in pediatric endocrinology and from what I have heard he is the best in our area. Glad your visit was good...Congrats on the news! Take Care, Mimi
