I'm glad the surgery went well, and will continue to keep you in my prayers, and

hope that the implant does work, when they activate it in a couple of weeks.

From Mom regarding surgery today

Hi all I did well with today's surgery. The implant was checked in the OR. My

auditory nerve did not respond to sound. This is my biggest fear due to the

Mito.

Activation is 11/22 so let's pray its' only swelling. They told me that they've

seen this before and the implant worked. The percentage of that happening is

apparently 12%. I just have to have faith that it will work.
