Guest guest
I just weighed today for the first time on the scale that I have used since surgery, and I have gained 7 pounds so far this pregnancy! I am 16 weeks, this just seems like an aweful amount of weight for a bypass patient... I am always hungry, several times a day actually. I am scared that I am going to hit that 200 pound mark again, which I said I'd never see again. I am at 174 now....any advice on how much is too much, this early on? Am I right on track? Guest guest
I think 7 pounds is doing really well. I will be 32 weeks monday nad have gained 36 pounds but i was not a good girl the first 4 months eithetr. Mine has slowed down to all but nothing now and my appetite is back to normal and I no longer crave all the junk food. Guest guest
I've gotten bad about sweets too...most sweets don't make me dump, unless its like candy bars or ice cream, those are things I definetly cannot eat, but other things I can eat no problem. I graze alot too, especially in the evening, which I know is bad! I am in school at night from 6-10pm, and they have AWESOME vending machines with everything you can imagine, and Taco Bell across the street, which tacos and watermelon I am craving right now! LOL > Don't worry about your weight right now sweetie ,easier said then done. I > gained 8 lbs during my pregnancy and I hated worrying about the weight every > visit. I think your body knows what it is doing. The weight will come off after > you have the Baby. I was 182lbs the day I gave birth on May 5th and a week later > I was down to 158 Iam now 155lbs 3 weeks later. Now Iam worried about the bad > habbit I got when pregnant I always ate sweets and grazed. Bad habbit to > break Trust me. > > >
