Guest guest
I would like a complete list of this roll call as well. Please send it to rollison@ core.com (without the space!) ) 1. Jodi R. 2. Newark, Ohio. 45 SE of Columbus 3. Rod and I have two boys. is 4 and is 22 moonths (RSS). weighs 16 lbs. 5 oz. and around 27 1/4 " . 4. I was induced at 33.5 weeks due to the fact that had stopped growing, and they knew that he was going to be small anyway, and was unsure of why he wasn't growing anymore. Thought he would be Trisomy 18 and wanted him to be born alive to have some time with him. He was born at 34 weeks exactly on May 23, 2002 weighing 2 lbs. 12 1/2 oz., and measured 14 1/4 " . 5. is currently on Prilosec, and fed via g tube 23 hours a day with 30 calorie Elecare. He has been tube fed since birth beginning with a ng tube for 6 months, then going to a g tube. After four months of no successful weight gain, they placed a j tube. had the j tube for 7 months before Dr. H switched him back to the g tube in November. So, he is g tube fed as of now. Taking in a little more than 24 ounces a day. 6. has been treated at Children's Hospital in Columbus since birth. GI doctor is Dr. Erdman, who we love. Doesn't see genetics anymore. Pulmonary Dr. is Dr. Shell, who is great. His Pediatrician is the best here in the community and for us, Dr. Pfau. He suspected RSS in and sent us to many specialists. He has taken excellent care of him. We also plan to keep seeing Dr. H in New York and Chicago! Next to her, I trust the Ped. the most out of all the doctors sees. 7. was diagnosed with RSS on October 23, 2003 by Dr. Harbison on our first visit with her. 8. I appreciate this list serve so much. I have learned so much from all of you, and if it weren't for you, would probably still be in limbo somewhere. Thanks to this site, I got the encouragement and info to see Dr. H and thankfully that is when we found out what was really wrong with our little boy. Other doctors suspected it, but couldn't tell us for sure that is what he had. Thank God for Dr. H!!!!!! Because of that and her, has gained over 75% of his weight since November! Now, if that's not a testimony, what is!? ) I would encourage anyone who is thinking their child may have RSS to see her and find out for sure. Hope I didn't forget anything in this LONG post! LOL! ~Jodi R.
