Guest guest
My son is 15 months old and is wearing the dbb 23/7. The doctor told me he would need to wear it 23/7 for two months, but when I saw his assistant at the next check-up he told me three months. I don't want to risk relapse, but I also don't want to risk delayed walking, although my oldest son didn't walk until 16 months. This boy seems like he would've been walking by now though if it hadn't been for the casting and dbb. The doctor's assistant also told me after the three months he would only need to wear it during naps and at night. That would mean 14-15 hours a day. Dr. Ponseti told me by e-mail that he could drop from 23/7 to 18-20 hours/day after 2 months. Now I'm totally confused. What have others with children this age done? and JEsse bilateral cf 11/10/03 dbb 23/
