I believe it can coexist with normal blood pressure, but it is known that

most CFS patients have low blood pressure. I have severe diastolic

cardiomyopathy, and my blood pressure has been measured as low as 70/30.

Can this condition show up as a change in blood pressure? Or could

one's blood pressure be fine and this condition still exist?
