It is a code for Dx; like Autism is hwat, or PPD is 299.00, 299.88?

It's my [outdated]understanding that ins. co pay for certain ICD9 numbers;

Say, Inc Co will pay for 299.88 but 299.00 or whatever, so sometimes, it's

all in the number.
