I'm concerned about the PST thing and am going GFCF, am mostly CF, mostly and am going off G slowly, just cutting out more and more, but will take 30 days to do it. Thanks -- I think Feingold principles make total sense, exp. for a leaky gut, but, that's my bias probably as I heard about it first.
