MODERATOR STUFF -- Long Messages

Hi everyone,

It has been brought to my attention by a few people on the list that

some of our messages are getting very long because we just keep

adding to the original.

Please try and send a new message rather than just replying to an old

one. Also, please try and change the subject line. That way we won't

get a very very long message with 4 or 5 different topics in it.

I know I do this a lot myself and I have to be careful not to just

hit the reply button, which is just so easy.

Ken and everyone else,

You CAN hit the reply button to respond to a message. All you have

to do to save space is put the cursor at the top/beginning of the

message, go to Edit at the top of the screen and click on Select

All. It will highlight the entire message and you just have to

press Delete and it will disappear.

This is much easier than starting from scratch.

Hi Jodi,

I know, I just didn't have the time to explain it.

I have a new job and they monitor how long I spend writing e-mails

and checking the web. My time is severely limited.
