They don't do the IgG test, fine, I was prepared for that, but what I wasn't prepared for was her not wanting to give approval to test for pollens, molds, walnuts, salmon... she readily checked off egg white but she was resistant to egg yolk!! Why? Because egg yolk isn't an allergen, egg white is!! UGH! I won't even go into what the dietician had to say. Insisting she knew everything about the GFCF diet yet contradicting almost every principle. Telling me that ate fine, why did I feel the need to use suppliments? So, I'm going to get a DAN Doctor.
