Soy contains bioflavins that in some act like estrogen, that why it is used

as a natural menopause relief product. I had not heard about a fast

heartrate but I did know about the hormonal effect. F

I know there has been some talk here lately about hyper or

hypothyroidism.(one of the 2) On that note I wanted to add that this is a

sign of a thyroid problem. I have an over active thyroid. I do get a fast

unexplained heartbeat now and then. During relaxation for instance. I would

suggest, if you can't pin it down to a food, to have the thyroid levels

checked. This " can " be a vary serious problem. I would check w/his doctor

just to be on the safe side :-)
