Responding to Federal Trade Commission allegations that claims made

for its

Pedi-Active product are unsubstantiated, Natural Organics Inc of

The company said it intends to publicly set the record straight about

Pedi-Active. In contesting the FTC charge, Natural Organics is

staking out

a position that will bring a hearing before an Administrative Law
