Guest guest
Hey, I cant stand drinking water alone either... I take my 44oz cup and fill it almost all the way up to the top and add a little tea and lemon. It gives flavor to the water. I add a little bit of sugar free coolaid to water to give it a taste and sugar free coolaid alone too. I dont think that 3gm of sugar is bad.. If you like it and its helping you stay hydrated then I say do it!! I have to drink a sprite a day for my blood sugar and lemme just say that the thought of drinking that much sugar scareeeeees me. I have a feeling at my doc appt today its going to reflect with weight gain!! Hope this helps a little. Guest guest
I drink the cherry and strawberry kiwi propel and have had no problems with dumping. I also like the pink lemonade and fruit punch crystal light. I got a water filter and now I can drink water...otherwise it has to be bottled all the time. I can't stand the chlorine taste! Bleck. I also do drink diet dr. pepper....but don't tell! Chrystal Wife to Jace - together 6 Years! Happy Mommy to - 4 Years Old! New Baby Boy Swenson Due July 28, 2004! Guest guest
I drink lots of chrystal light but it has a sugar substitute. I also drink diet pepsi but I would not recomend doing that, it's a bad habit. I sip orange juice, 1/2 glass here and there so I don't dump, same with milk, it doesn't settle well but i drink small amounts for the babies needs. Guest guest
The only sweetener approved by the FDA for pregnant women is SPLENDA and it tastes great too. You can always flavor your water with lemon or limes and sweeten with Splenda. Try to avoid tea because it is a natural diarhetic. There is always sugar free cool-aid but that is sweetened with nutra-sweet, so I would recommend not drinking very much. I also cut sugar from fruit juices by buying unconcentrated versions or low sugar versions and adding Splenda and water. This is especially good with red grape juice.
