Guest guest
Adding my two cents in--you can also use the following recipe: 1/2 c. honey (or other acceptable syrup) 1/2 c. peanut butter (or other acceptable nut butter, soynut butter, etc.) 3/4 to 1 1/2 c. dry milk substitute (usually powdered soy--like GeniSoy, infant formula--ProSobee or Enfamil Next Step Toddler Soy are GFCF, or you can use DariFree) Coconut, shredded Blend first two ingredients. Combine the third until it forms a dough. Form 1 " balls and roll in coconut. (This tastes just like a Zagnut bar. If it is too sweet, use less honey.). I love these!
