Its mostly on the right buttock and there is also a little on the left buttock. It looks like flat fleshy little plateaus of tissue, not pimply or bumpy. Almost kind of like a bunch of little skin tags, but flatter. They resemble skin tags, because the coloration is just slightly pink - maybe a shade darker than the rest of the skin. I noticed tonight that they are also starting to spread to the genital area in front. He used to have the common excema bumps on the upper back of the arms and thigh area of the legs, but those have cleared. He has been on nystatin for 6 mos. and his poop has nicely firmed up on it. I still give him a little to keep it in check. What is this rash? Is it something to do with yeast? He also has had some infringements with gluten lately and I have given him serenaid each time. The rash actually started before this though I think. Should I take him to the doctor? Please help.
