So that I could buy as much or as little as I wish on any particular day. Wow, that was fun! I never thought I'd be tripping on a health food store fantasy. Amazing where life takes you! Good luck with your store, wish you were in San Diego! Cherri
Guest guest
Katana - I wish you would open up a store in my neighborhood! Well, what I would like to see in that store would be everything on the food list from GFCFdiet.com. Also there are great mail order places like Miss Robens, Gluten Free Pantry, Because you're special, Auntie Candace (all of whom I believe have links on the GFCFdiet.com page) That would be the coolest store in the world. Now if we could only get somebody to open a GFCF diner! Moira mom to Vico (4 ASD) and Culzean (almost 1 year old)
Guest guest
I would love to have any store in my area carry sorghum flour. I order this from Twin Valley Mills and love the stuff - use it a lot! They're web address is: www.twinvalleymills.com. I love After The Fall's pear juice - the one that's labeled " special harvest " . I love kosher foods too like lentils and other pareve candies - they can be ordered from the Chocolat Emporium (www.chocolat.com - I think). I can find most things in my area (metro DC), but not all in one store. Certain other essentials are: potato starch tapioca starch rice flour GFCF baking powder - I like Featherweight Tofutti products like their cheeses, cream cheese and ice cream GFCF pretzels (Ener-G, Special Foods, Glutano) Mocha Mix ice cream Hope this helps a little.
