Glad you wrote that. I am still not GF; we are anything milk-obvious gone,

which we did in March. I have to search out hidden casein and do the GF.

Sometimes I look at my eight pounds of spaghetti on the shelf and think,

" when that's gone I'll start... " and then I am horrifyied that $4.50 worth of

pasta is keeping me from , what??? In March, [i work in baby stenps for

EVERYTHING!] I tried to " stay away " from G foods, just half heartedly, since

I was doing CF that month. we ate a lot of meat and veggies. potatoes rice.

But my son got " worse " . I was wondering what went wrong; then I strted

reading about the get-worse-before-gets-better thing, the opioid withdrawl

thing, and it makes more sense for me to get GF right away. So I think with

the milk gone and the highly reduced G foods in March, it's totally

convincing me to get going today, after all, it is April.

[private email always preferred as I often miss notes in the digests]

5y7m old son, suspect [obvious] SID, by Mom's observations....
