Guest guest
It's so pleasant to have people continue to discuss the issue of floating versus sinking bowel movements while completely ignoring my comments on the topic. As per Dr. Philip Maffetone, a noted expert on nutrition and performance, author of Training for Endurance and In Fitness and In Health and trainer of several world class triathletes including Mark (6 time winner of the Hawaiian Ironman triathlon): " At least one, preferably two, semi-solid bowel movements (that float rather than sink) per day is a general indication that you're eating enough fiber.
