Hey Cindy!

I value your opinion very much, and I hope I have never given you the

impression otherwise!! I have learned so much from you!!

I will most likely try to schedule another endo appt. when we get

back from the convention and when I have more information, so I can

be prepared. The last time we saw her she ordered all sorts of

tests/blood work, but they couldn't get 1/10 of the blood they needed

to perform the tests...so I think they may try again later.

The GI doctor we saw (Dr. Finley) said the same thing yours did, and

I agree with that too. To start with, we are going to do an

absorption test, which basically means for 3 days I record all of

's intake, and then collect all of his " output " , if you know

what I mean. Then he will determine if he's absorbing enough, and

getting enough calories/fat, etc...and if not we will take the next

step. But he didn't want to needlessly put him through too much now

unless he notes a problem later.

I never told you about our visit to Dr. Baskin yet either, have I??
